Come join Mika on a journey through acoustic sound healing to clear the subconscious, relax the body, and bring stillness to the mind.

A wide variety of sound healing instruments are used (including gongs, crystal singing bowls & Himalayan bowls) to create an experience that will activate your body's natural, intuitive healing systems, vibrate and activate every cell in your body, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. 

Mika works with a method of tension and release, guiding you through waves of sound that dissolve stress, open space for emotional release, and carry you into a state of profound inner peace. As the vibrations flow through you, you may feel the boundaries between body and sound blur, inviting a sense of weightlessness, clarity, and connection that lingers long after the session ends.

Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided, just bring yourself and warm comfy clothing.
