The Event

Join Mika Benjamin and Liron Meyuhas for an evening of rhythm, resonance and rest at Tea & Vinyl, Berlin. A warm, atmospheric space set inside a converted former horse stable in Friedrichshain.

The evening opens with a frame drum workshop led by Liron Meyuhas, Israel's first female handpan artist and a frame drum teacher with over a decade of performance and teaching experience across Israel, Europe, and beyond. No experience is needed. Whether you've never held a drum before or you've been playing for years, Liron will guide the group through rhythm and technique, building into a full group drum circle.

The night then shifts into a soundbath led jointly by Liron Meyuhas and Mika Benjamin, a certified sound therapy practitioner and yoga teacher with six years and over 2,000 sessions of experience across Europe, the UK and South Africa. Using singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, frame drums and other resonant instruments, you will be guided from active participation to deep stillness, creating a full-body listening experience designed to calm the nervous system and space to integrate.

  • General Ticket - €35: Includes the soundbath and a place in the drum circle as an observer/participant, without a personal drum to take home.


Or buy your own frame drum and keep it - includes full workshop participation plus the soundbath

About Liron Meyuhas


Liron Meyuhas is a percussionist, singer, teacher and Israel's first female handpan artist. Born in Jerusalem, she began on darbuka and djembe before immersing herself in frame drum, riq, handpan and Eastern percussion traditions.

Since 2019 she has been endorsed by Meinl Percussion & Meinl Sonic Energy. She has released three albums, toured extensively across Europe, the US, Canada and India, and teaches frame drum workshops internationally, including a long-running program for women at the Maqamat Ethnic School in Safed.

Mika Benjamin

Mika Benjamin is a certified sound therapy practitioner and yoga teacher based between Europe and the UK. Over the past six years he has led more than 2,000 sessions, workshops and retreats using Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, monochords, drums and chimes. He believes in blending both the science and the spirituality of sound healing and has been sharing his knowledge about sound in facilitator trainings across the globe. 

He has been working with Meinl Sonic Energy for more than two years and is an official ambassador of Meinl Sonic Energy.
