Complaint & Refund policy

Our aim at www.mikabenjamin.com is to deliver the highest standards of Sound Healing Facilitator Training. Should you have any concerns or complaints, please follow our outlined process:

 

- Submit your complaint in writing by emailing hello@mikabenjamin.com, including your name, date of training, and details of the issue.

- All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 business days.

- We aim to resolve complaints within 14 business days, keeping you informed throughout the process.

 

Refund Policy (Sound Healing Training)

 

"At www.mikabenjamin.com, we hope you find value in our Sound Healing Training. Our refund policy is as follows:

 

- If you need to cancel your enrolment, you may request a refund minus an administrative fee if notice is given up to 4 weeks before the training start date.

- Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the training are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your booking to another future training date or participant, subject to availability.

- No refund is issued for partial attendance or non-attendance for any reason.

- In the unlikely event we cancel or reschedule a course, a full refund or free transfer to a future training will be offered.

- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@mikabenjamin.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.

If you feel you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out so we can review your case individually.
